🍂🎃 Fall is on the way at Deer Run—cooler air, changing colors, and a season full of cozy fun! To celebrate, we’re hosting a decoration contest! Add a touch of autumn to your RV, tiny home, site, or golf cart. Whether you go for pumpkins, fall colors, or a little Halloween flair, it’s all about enjoying the season together.
📸 To enter the contest, take a photo of your decorated space, post it on Facebook, and tag us. You’ll be entered for a chance to win $50 off your site rent. Let’s welcome the season in style and see all the creative fall looks around Deer Run! 🍂✨

📦 Donation Drive for The Mercy Seat | 🗓 October 1 – October 31 | 🏢 Office
We’re collecting donations to support a local faith-based, 501(c)(3) substance abuse recovery home for women, which is completely free for participants and runs solely on donations. Needed items include: paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, women’s clothes (L–2X), and fall/winter jackets or sweaters (1X–3X). Donations can be dropped off at the office—every gift makes a difference! 💛
🎃 Site Decoration Contest | Begins October 1st 👻
Show off your fall/Halloween spirit! Decorate your site, golf cart, or tiny/mobile home for the chance to win $50 off rent. 🏆 Winner will be announced at Trunk-or-Treat & Outdoor Movie Night.
🕔 Ladies’ Social Hour – Saturdays | 2:00 PM | Clubhouse
A big thank you to Ms. Anita for continuing to host this relaxing and fun weekly event. It’s a greattime to unwind and connect with fellow ladies in the park! Bring a craft of your choice or just come in and chat!

From board games to card games, come enjoy a night of friendly competition and laughter. Bring some snacks and a drink, or your favorite game!
Movie Night + Trunk or Treat + Contest Winners | Saturday, Nov 1 | 6:00 PM | Clubhouse
Join us for a showing of Ghostbusters! Snacks will be provided, and costumes are welcome. We’ll kick things off with Trunk-or-Treating, then announce the winner of the Site Decorating Contest before the movie begins. 🏆🍬🎃👻
