Do monthly RV site rates include utilities?
RV sites include full hookups with water, sewer and electric. Electric usage is metered and billed separately for monthly stays.
Are weekly and monthly RV rates discounted?
Yes. Weekly and monthly rates already reflect discounted pricing compared with the nightly rate and cannot be combined with additional discounts.
What is the cancellation policy for RV reservations?
A one-night deposit is required for nightly and weekly reservations and is non-refundable if canceled within 14 days of arrival. Monthly reservations require a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival.
What are the RV check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
How much are the Tiny Homes?
Deer Run Tiny Homes rent for $850 per month. The standard lease term is one year. Six-month leases may be available by request and are subject to availability.
Are utilities included with a Tiny Home?
No. Tiny Home utilities are billed separately and are the tenant’s responsibility. Lawn maintenance is included in the monthly rent.
Are there additional fees or taxes?
RV stays under 90 days are subject to applicable lodging taxes. Electric is billed separately for monthly RV stays. Tiny Home utilities are also billed separately.
