As you enter our park, you'll be greeted with a smile, efficiently registered and escorted to your level concrete pull thru site. While staying at our park, you'll enjoy the luxuries of southern charm...... Tall pines, spring fed fishing lakes, rocking chairs under a covered porch, and ice cold lemonade. What can be more southern? True to southern hospitality, your hosts will offer you complimentary coffee, popcorn, or cappuccino. Slowing the pace for a while, enjoy a moment to catch up on the news with your free USA Today or take advantage of the free hi-speed WIFI right from your site. Relax those sore muscles from that long drive by sitting in our well-maintained hot tub. Catch some rays sitting by our sparkling clean pool.
The winter weather here in Troy is pretty mild. Since we bought the park 4 years ago, winter business has increased tremendously. Due to the over-population, high prices, and traffic in Florida in the past years, our park has become a desirable alternative. We have a 2400 sq. ft. rec hall that we use to entertain, play games, throw parties, and have pot luck breakfasts and dinners. Our winter residents are some of the kindest, most fun-loving, and interesting folks. Try us for a week or a month and see what a great time you can have at Deer Run. God bless you all. ATTENTION CAMPING CLUBS!
Our new club rates are $22 night per site for clubs 6 rigs or more. This rate includes use of the rec hall, all amenities, camp site, and full hook up. Clubs must book in advance and each club member must call individually to book site. Clubs without at least 6 rigs will need to pay a rental fee for rec hall. Club cancellations must be made at least one week prior to arrival date.
