As you enter our park, you'll be greeted with a smile, efficiently registered and escorted to your campsite. While staying at our park, you'll enjoy the luxuries of southern charm...... Tall pines, spring fed fishing lakes, and rocking chairs under a covered porch. What can be more southern? 

True to southern hospitality, your hosts will offer you complimentary bag of popcorn upon arrival. Slowing the pace for a while, enjoy a moment to surf the web or keep in contact with family, taking advantage of the free hi-speed wireless internet right from your campsite. Plan to stretch those sore muscles from that long drive by taking a walk around the property.  Consider a moment of quiet while sitting in our prayer garden filled with prayer stones by local 2nd and 4th grade students.  Or you could catch some rays sitting by our sparkling clean pool.

The winter weather here in Troy is pretty mild. Due to the over-population, high prices, and traffic in Florida in the past years, our park has become a desirable alternative for those escaping from the harsh winters up north. 

We have a 2400 sq. ft. rec hall that we use to entertain, play games, throw parties, and have potluck breakfasts and dinners. Our winter residents are some of the kindest, most fun-loving, and interesting folks.  

We now have brand new Tiny Homes available for rent. Only $850.00 monthly.  One year lease and unfurnished.  These homes are adorable!  They are energy efficient with double pane windows, refrigerator, stove dishwasher, washer/dryer hook-up, and central heat/air.  Each home has a covered front porch for grilling and relaxing.
